At Nitvek Academy, we strive to ensure that every customer receives valuable and high-quality digital products and services, including downloadable resources, online/offline courses, and productivity tools.

Due to the nature of digitally delivered products, our refund and return policy is carefully crafted to comply with Indian consumer protection laws and best industry practices.

1. Nature of Products Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Downloadable digital products (eBooks, Excel/Word/PDF templates. printables)

  • Online and offline courses

  • Digital subscriptions

  • Services related to taxation, learning, and productivity

2. No Return Policy for Digital Products

As per applicable Indian law and global standards for digital goods, we do not accept returns on digital products once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except in specific cases outlined below.

Digital products are non-returnable due to their intangible, instantly usable nature and the inability to revoke access once granted.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

✅ Valid Scenarios for Refunds

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

  • Non-delivery: If you did not receive access/download link within 24 hours and support fails to resolve the issue.

  • Technical errors: If a file is corrupted or unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

  • Inaccessibility: If an online course you paid for is not accessible and technical support cannot resolve the issue within 3 working days.

  • Incorrect product: If you receive a product different from what was advertised or ordered.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind

  • No longer interested

  • Lack of usage or delay in using the product

  • Claiming you didn’t know it was a digital product

  • Downloaded/Accessed products where delivery was successful

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of purchase with the following details:

  • Order ID / Invoice

  • Registered Email Address

  • Reason for refund

  • Screenshot (if applicable)

  • Unpackaging Video (if applicable)

All valid refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

5. Courses & Memberships

For time-based products like courses, webinars, or workshops, the following applies:

  • 100% refund only if cancellation is requested before the start of the session or within 24 hours of purchase (whichever comes first).

  • No refunds once access is granted or the course has started.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it internally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and jurisdiction will lie with courts located in Delhi, India.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the latest revision date.
